Shipping & Warranty:

Blaze Scooters offers a 1 Year Warranty Lithium Battery, motor and throttle.  This warranty covers defective parts it does not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or wreck.   If you have questions about our warranty, please e-mail us. SCOOTERS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED WITHIN THE FIRST 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE THE SCOOTER AND IT MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION AND AUTHORIZED BEFORE BEING RETURNED.   We will however during the free part warranty period, provide you with free parts and we pay the shipping cost of the warranted parts to your house.

    I bought two of the 1000 w scooters, one for me and one for my wife. We ride them everyday. In San Francisco the hills are usually a nightmare on scooters, but as long as we have a fresh charge on ours, we will be flying up hills. I’m a pretty big guy myself, I weigh 293 pounds and I’m happy to say I am still able to keep up with my tiny wife when riding our Blaze Scooters . For the price of two, I kinda wish they threw in a couple scooter bags but overall I’m very pleased. I’m not an easy guy to get 5 stars from but for durability, speed, charge hold and price, you can’t beat it. Enjoy

    Pretty awesome scooter, I was hesitant at first but went ahead and bought it, this is one of the best purchases I’ve made thus far. It doesn’t feel cheap and loose, pretty rock solid and customer service has gone above and beyond for things like a replacement tire etc. The battery that can be taken out for a charge is a plus, thinking about getting another battery to extend the milage from my current 9 to 18 miles with an extra battery.

Received the item 2 days after i paid for the scooter and remaining assembly took a few minutes and my son was gone. The scooter absolutely flys!! It actually peeled out in our driveway when he turned the throttle. My son used his GPS phone app, which had him going 30mph, which exceeded our expectations. Everything on this scooter is a good quality, sturdy, well put together machine and we could not be happier with our purchase.
